What makes Sanarte different from traditional mental healthcare providers?

Sanarte offers a fully integrated approach to team-based, concierge mental healthcare for kids, teens, and young adults – and their parents. Unlike traditional providers, we:

  • Support each client and family with a dedicated Care Coordinator who facilitates a concierge-model of care.

Sanarte Care Team services are offered as a monthly subscription, billed either monthly or quarterly. Care is delivered using a comprehensive concierge model and coordinated by an experienced Care Coordinator. A one-time Care Initiation Fee applies at the start of services. Discounts are available for annual billing and for families with multiple patients.

Fees are tailored to each client’s unique needs, care plan, clinical complexity, state of residence, and other factors. For a personalized quote, we invite you to schedule a call with our team.

Who will be working with my family?
Each care team is composed of top-tier, board-certified psychiatrists, therapists, and other experts.

  1. Adult Psychiatrist(s) and/or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist(s) (MD/DO)
  2. PhD- and/or LCSW-level Individual Therapist(s) specializing in children, adolescents, young adults, and/or adults and additional expertise in parenting coaching
  3. PhD- and/or LCSW-level Family Therapist with experience in couples therapy
  4. Care Coordinator: Dedicated point of contact for seamless scheduling and coordination

We carefully match each client with a team of specialists best suited to their unique needs.

Why is family therapy part of every treatment plan?

Behavioral health experts widely agree that involving the whole family can lead to better outcomes, faster healing, and longer-lasting change. Children and teens live and function in the context of their families. Therefore, they do better when their whole family does better.

For some challenges, such as eating disorders or substance abuse, research shows that family therapy is the most effective treatment. Whether your child or teen is facing anxiety, depression, identity struggles, or school stress, addressing family dynamics is a critical part of the solution. Family therapy supports you in being the best parents you can be, and creates a structured, supportive space to improve communication, rebuild trust, and help everyone better understand each other.

What if a family member is hesitant about family therapy?

Our clients often come to us with at least one member who is resistant to engaging in therapy. Our team specializes in engagement-first approaches designed to ease that resistance. A few key points:

  • While family therapy can seem challenging, recovery tends to be much more effective when the whole family system is involved, and when caregivers are supported at being at their best.
  • Our family therapists use evidence-based methods to build trust and motivation.
  • We encourage family members to participate at their own pace.
  • We focus on practical, immediate benefits, helping even reluctant participants see the value in treatment.
  • We create a space where every family member feels comfortable, heard, and supported.
What if I already have a therapist or psychiatrist that I am happy with?

We fully support continuity of care and are committed to collaborating with your existing medical and mental health providers to ensure a seamless, integrated experience. Our team is happy to coordinate with your child’s current therapist or psychiatrist. With that said, most Sanarte clients appreciate the opportunity to gradually transition to Sanarte’s clinical team, allowing for even greater coordination and a truly holistic approach to exceptional care.
